Cancellation and Refund Policy

www.zimero.in OR “ZIMERO GOURMET PRIVATE LIMITED” (Zimero) does not entertain cancellation of order and returns or refunds after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Zimero, you may email us at orders@zimero.in to discuss your issue. You may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of the purchase price, not the delivery charges, if any. We encourage all customers to take due care to inspect the completeness, quality, and accuracy of the products that are delivered.

Please note that given the perishable nature of our ice cream products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a delivery is completed. A delivery is considered to have been completed if & when:

  1. The recipient, or a third-party acting knowingly or unknowingly on behalf of the recipient, acknowledges receipt of goods by taking delivery of the ice cream products at the delivery address,
  2. The recipient gives any other instruction (such as leaving the goods unattended at the front door/gate) as a form of acknowledging receipt of the goods.

Zimero will accept exchange of the sold products through the website shop.zimero.in, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition. Only such cases will be considered for exchange thereafter.

Buyer has to inform Zimero of his/her intention to exchange the damaged or expired products within 2 hours of receipt of the products at his/her shipping address. Such products should be returned to Zimero only after written email consent from Zimero to send back the product.

  • All replacements of products will be made after the returned shipment of product is received by Zimero. The courier charges for returning the damaged products will be borne by Zimero.
  • Return orders are to be sent back to the address from where it was dispatched to be confirmed from Zimero.

In all cases, we act with your best interests in mind & will take all measures to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:

  1. If the shipping location is not serviced by Zimero or its partners
  2. No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
  3. From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days in the buyer's mode of payment.
  4. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations.
  5. No refunds will be given in the following cases:
    • Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
    • Non-availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
    • Refusal to accept products
    • Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself
    • Force majeure event
    • In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer
